Oops.
I forgot to post again.
All week.
So it's time for a mega long recap.
Problem there, is I've done very little, all week, making both the need for a post each day futile, as they'd all end up like the posts I made throughout May last year. (I'd recommend not clicking onto the May 2008 archives, it's truly awful) Still, I did do a few exciting things. Or witnessed a few exciting things.
This week has mainly been about Britain's Got Talent, in the same way the week before was all about Eurovision, and the week starting tomorrow will be mainly about Big Brother. However, what a wonderful week of Britain's Got Talent it was, loads of exciting peformances and fabulous acts, really enjoyed Diversity and thought they were a deserved winner.
Another exciting thing was recieving my RAM replacement. Instead of putting it back into my netbook (awh, Dell are discontinuing the Mini 9), I decided to put it into my iMac to give it a boost from 2GB to 3GB. I never really noticed the difference when it was in the netbook, so it seemed a bit futile to keep it there. Plus, with The Sims 3 RAM requirement of 2GB, putting the extra may make me a bit more awesome.
Or something like that. To be honest, I don't really see what RAM does. I believe bigger is better, though.
Oh well.
A third exciting thing was the arrival of my Bacon Salt. As suggested by Matty, it does smell like (Barbecue?) Pringles, but it tastes a little like bacon. Am planning to try using it on many things over the next months. Oh yes.
That's all for highlights.
Another, sort of highlight anyway, is the fact that I've done much revision at all. Like, nothing. I still don't know much Core 4, and I have a mock exam on Tuesday.
Though I'd count that as a highlight, it led into the biggest fucking lowlight ever. I've basically completely given up on exams now, as I just can't be bothered because of how Mechanics 1 went two Fridays ago. It's also made me think about how I'm not going to get the grades I need to get onto my university course, and whether I'll be able to manage and cope on the course if I do get upon it. Then I started thinking about what I'd do if I failed my course, or even if I failed to get on the course in the first place.
='(
Plus, because of the hot weather and my hay fever, I've been sleeping even more erratically than usual. Like, trying to get to sleep at 11pm, yet not falling asleep until 5am, then waking up at 8am because it's so bloody hot.
I'm off to go lie down and attempt to sleep, ready for my single revision session tomorrow. Actually, I do wonder if we have an ICT session tomorrow. Not that I care, to be honest. Ah well. I'll end up probably listening to some Lady Gaga and maybe watching some Big Bang Theory.
I hate this part right here. Like the song though.
/violin
Cleanup.
Okay, by sleep, my body obviously though nap. However, I'm bored, so I'm going to write some more.
I basically forgot to declare the ties worn the second half of Sam's week of most under-worn Ties. To clear that up, Wednesday was rainbow and beady, Thursday was red, black and stripy, and today was black and dotty. And with the award I've got for prom, I may need to get a new tie. Eheh.
Had t.A.T.u. in my head all morning, specifically this song. Only slightly annoying, as I do quite like the song. Plus, I'm trying to listen to tunes from years ago that populated my Last.fm charts. This never did on my current account, but I'm pretty sure it did on my old one. Actually, that's a lie. But what a tune anyway? Ah well.
Oh look everyone signed the floor: clicky clicky. I like how it was students, then everyone ever. How fabulous though. =)
Mmm, cupcakes.
I think Nik Naks are less flavourful. As in, they don't taste so Nice 'n' Spicy anymore, as the package suggests, in my opinion.
Oh my god like The Sims 3 in like 14 days. I feel that I'm going to install it and play it when it gets here anyway, screw my A levels to be honest, can't be bothered.
Hmm, a Twitter search for "open.spotify" brings up some fun tracks to listen to. Saves me from having to search around for them.
Awh, I've run out of Mythbusters. I need more, damnit.
Also awh, the only active American TV show I have in ted is Mythbusters, due to the fact that the Ugly Betty season finale yesterday. One episode per week now. How suckage is that? A lot, by the way.
I think I may play some Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paraidse, but start a new garden. My current one got weed'd to the max and became slightly messy. Though I did hit Level 50, which was a bit of an achievement. Not worth any gamerscore, though.
Hmm. Actually, might have a go on Mirror's Edge too.
Anyway, farewell. =)
I really want a Wetherspoons meal. They should like deliver, that would be fabulous. Or splendifferous. Yes, that.
Exam tres. Also, last day.
M1 this morning. And my only exam in the morning.
Oh my, it went so terribly.
I'm now, unfortunately, aiming for a D in Maths, and by my reckoning, I'll need roughly 15% in C4 to achieve that.
Mega suckage there. Really pissed off, as I was really confident going in. Ah well.
Last day of sixth form today, which was a bit weird. Lots of cake and farewells.
Hope this half term holiday has more to it than revision. =)
And now I'm off to bed. Bloody shattered.
Exam deux.
PA02 this afternoon. And my only exam in the hall.
It went okay, I reckon I made two/three marks of stupid mistakes, and about five marks of lack of understanding.
Anything there will be an improvement of what I got last year, so I'm overall happy with how that went.
Hope that carries through to M1 tomorrow.
Got nothing else to say, really.
Ah well.
140th day of the year.
God, I do love Wolfram|Alpha. It tells you so many different random things. Very awesome.
Anyway.
Today at school was similar to any normal Wednesday, did little for most of the day. In total, I did look at about two PA02 papers, offset heavily by the amount of time exploring photos on Facebook and MySpace from the past and current times. Also, the party in Maths didn't induce productivity either, but it did induce chocolatey goodness.
Hmm, Eminem Spotify fabulousness.
Yes.
And oh my how could they not pick-up My Name is Earl? I want to know where that storyline goes. You know, with the thing?
Talking about American TV failures, everything I like to watch, apart form Mythbusters is currently on hiatus. Which means no new American TV for a few months. Hmm. I'm sure The Carphone Warehouse would be happier due to my reduced bandwidth usage though. But they don't seem to care, it's all cool.
Just had a bit of a Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise game for the first time in a few months, still is fun but my garden confuses me, so I may start another, after my exams of course.
Rediscovered an old favourite They Might Be Giants song, The House at the Top of the Tree. Fail though, as I can't seem to see it on Spotify, and can't buy it, or download it either. Which annoys me. Oh well.
Oh my 16 days until The Sims 3!!!
I don't know where I'm going with this post any more.
Damn you Adam Biddulph, you're making me want to become active on DeviantArt again. I haven't been active there since like 178 weeks ago. I'm still a beta tester though, which means that I have an equals sign, not a tilde, which obviously makes me cooler. I also have a DeviantArt hat, which makes me cool, and a DeviantArt print, which makes me cool.
Cool all around.
Might find that hat if I get bored later.
I shouldn't, as I need to be revising for the exam I have tomorrow.
Anyway, talking about samisanetgeek, awh, I miss Neopets. Well, the old Neopets layout. Still, I remember winning the userlookup award well. As do the Neopets archives.

Those were the good old days. I sort of miss them.
Oh god, I forgot about the first Halo 2 walkthrough available on the internet. Haha, that was fun to do.
Actually, that seems to be about it.
According to Wolfram, the sun has just set, and the waning crescent moon is coming otut, which seems about right. On a completely unrelated note, time to watch The Apprentice. Woop woop. =)
Oh, if you didn't hear: Maths and Alcohol don't mix, so don't drink and derive.
Aha.
Yeahh.
Ah well.
Might try to revise some PA02, too.
Yes.
Tuesday.
That was the official day of the week for May the 19th, 2009.
I didn't do much. Mainly went to revise at school, or watch Mythbusters, or listen to some classic Eurovision songs, or calculate what I really want to buy from Lips DLC (costing me 2760 Microsoft Points, gah, so many good songs, I mean check out this Spotify playlist), and having a nap.
Oh, doing some revision at home too, as I do have some exams on Thursday and Friday.
Ah well, all over in 28 days.
That's becoming really soon. And I don't know most of the C4 content I need to know. Fails.
However, for Sam's week of most under-worn Ties, today I wore my Union Jack tie. Tomorrow should be something fabulous.
The weekend. Also, exam one.
I may revisit one word titles at some point. I did think it was fun.
Okay, set the time to 6pm Saturday. I've just finished baking my cake, and I'm bringing my iMac downstairs. This produced problems in the form of 10.5.7, the latest Leopard update, failing to pick up my wireless network, and when it did find it, fail to mount my FireWire drive and not load any menu bar items. This messed up my plans heavily, so the iMac went back upstairs.
Now it's 8pm-ish, and most people are here, but my network is failing me on my netbook. Due to Eurovision starting, I had to stop, but these problems are fixed quickly later on.
A few minutes into Eurovision, and we're all laughing at Dima Bilan running through polystyrene, getting his coat stuck and lip-syncing terribly. Overall Eurovision was a bit mad, a bit strange (especially whatever was happening in the interval, that was especially mad), and very awesome (we came fifth, if you didn't hear). Overall, Eurovision was fabulous.
Apart from my Crucial RAM dying on me. I knew I wasn't going mad, about that it wasn't as good as the RAM I got from Dell. Ah well, at least I know now. Waiting for them to email me back now.
Say around midnight-ish, and I'm singing It's Raining Men, as performed by Geri Halliwell, covered by Adam Bennett and myself, on Lips, the video of which will probably be on the internet soon enough. I love Lips now, it's quite fabulous, I could spend 1600 Microsoft Points on songs if I had all of Lips and 1600 Microsoft Points. Ah well.
Make it 7am, and Lips is disappearing due to James Gittings and Adam Bennett going away, so I went to sleep and Matty, Foo and Mat played Peggle for four or so hours.
Then I don't think I did anything else on Sunday.
Today though, and I'm calling this Sam's week of most under-worn Ties. The Thinkgeek 8-bit Pixel Tie was todays.
Had the morning off doing some general revision, looked at some questions for PHAP, the Physics practical exam. Turns out looking at those was absolutely no help whatsoever, as the exam was nothing like anything. Question 1 went a bit iffy, could pick up most of the marks though. Probably not, I didn't know what I was meant to be talking about really, so I made it up. Question 2 was a bit stranger, could get most of the marks but the those on the last part, as I completely failed to answer two of the questions.  I'll never really know though, as it's joined with PA07, which might be a good thing.
That's basically it. Am now off to play Banjo Tooie, revise some Physics and Maths, and sleep.
Hmm.
Yesterday was a strange day.
In for form, spent an hour in the sixth form center, went to Cannock, bought some marshmallows, some cake ingredients, an Xbox 360 controller, some Doritos, McDonalds, went back to school did some maths, went to Maths, came home.
I then found a more elegant way of packaging Rock Band to be transported around (needing no survival or bin bags, at all) and went to Sophie's for her birthday party. It was great fun, Rock Band was awesome, but Buzz was even awesomer, mainly because my team won the most. Woop.
Eurovision tonight, so exciteddd! Fail weather though, no outside disposable barbecue-ness.
Am off to go bake a cake, set up Rock Band and probably watch some Mythbusters.
Eheh.
I do love me a bit of Mythbusters.
Lost.
Oh my.
I won't say anything, but that was a bloody amazing season finale of Lost there. Better than Heroes and The Big Bang Theory. Hmm, pretty much on par with Scrubs, as that was also bloody amazing.
Eight months to wait until there are any new episodes.
And even then, will I be able to get them at university? I doubt so, but I will die inside without Lost, My Name is Earl, Heroes, The Big Bang Theory, Mythbusters, Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives. Actually, about all but three are available fo' free on Freeview, pretty close to the US airings.
Still, missing the Lost finale would piss me off.
Oh well, twelve months to work that situation out.
However in other news: EUROVISION YAY and FREE REALMS YAY!
