I am Samuel George Maycock. Aaand this page is all about me.

Study
I am a student, currently studying for my A levels, at Great Wyrley Performing Arts High School. I am currently studying four A levels - Chemistry, ICT, Maths and Physics. I also do General Studies, but that’s not a real subject.

I have also recently successfully completed and pass an Open University module, SK185: Medicines, Molecules and Drugs - The Chemical Story.

I am also part of a Young Enterprise company, DigiCook, to which I am the IT Director.

When I have finished my A levels, I plan to head to university to do a Computer Games Programming course, with my favoured university being Derby.

After that, I hope to become a games programmer full time.

Television and Movies
I like to watch TV. And I can watch pretty much anything.

Particularly though, I do make time to watch Friends, Scrubs, Jonathon Creek, Futurama, The Simpsons, dinnerladies, Father Ted, Black Books, The IT Crowd, LOST, Ugly Betty, The Big Bang Theory, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Without a Trace, Brainiac, Big Brother, Harry Hill’s TV Burp, Doctor Who, The Simple Life, Skins, Shameless, The Mighty Boosh, Top Gear, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, Family Guy, My Name is Earl, Duel, Freaky Eaters, Eurovision, Derren Brown, Golden Balls, Viva Piñata, The Friday Night Project, and TV Heaven, Telly Hell.

Wow. Unhealthy.

Anyway, movie-wise, I like to watch movies. I dislike really weird things, but I can cope with SAW. I like the LotR trilogy, and the Harry Potter pentalogy (so far).

Hobbies
Basically, I like to use the computer. I enjoy creating web sites, manipulating photos, using the internet, playing games. I also enjoy taking photos, but my camera is terrible, and I need a new one.

Gaming
I play games. Which is why I want to work in the computer games industry. But not because I like games, it’s ’cause I enjoy the coding and stuff behind it.

Anyway, I play World of Warcraft. I have a 70 Priest, Spumba, and some others, all on EU-Boulderfist. But they suck.

I also use an Xbox 360. My gamertag is Samisa.

Musical Tastes
I can listen to most things. Provided they have a beat, minimal screaming, and not too heavy of a drum beat.

I also love to sing along to music. Which is why I think bands are stupid touring with new album content before the album actually comes out.

I blog. I tweet. I face. I space. I last. I tube.
